Terms & Conditions

• A Visa or MasterCard number with cardholder details (including CVN) is required to confirm every reservation. Amex & Personal Cheques not accepted!
• Booking Fee: Only applies to reservations during June 27th - August 28th $10.00 booking fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card upon confirmation of reservation. This is not a deposit! Full payment is required at check-in.
• Change Fee: Only applies to reservations during June 27th – August 28th $10.00 will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file for every change of any detail to an existing reservation.
• Cancellation Fee: Only applies to reservations during June 27th – August 28th $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
• All reservation cancellations MUST be sent via e-mail to info@summerlandcampground.com or by fax to (250) 494-0971
• At anytime a no-show is considered a cancellation without notice; your reservation will be cancelled and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file!
• No cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full payment for entire stay is required at check-in; payable by Visa, MasterCard, debit card or cash.
• All prices and charges are in Canadian Dollars and Do Not Include G.S.T.!
• All Interac (debit card) transactions have a $10.00 minimum!
• Prices are based on 4 persons per site, per night; children 2 years of age or under stay free.
• Adult age: 13 years and older.
• Child age: less than 13 years old.
• Maximum Occupancy per site: 6 Persons per site; NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Maximum Adult Occupancy per site: 4 adults per site; NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Additional Persons / 5th & 6th Person (Adults or Children): $5.00 each, per night.
• No Stand-Alone Tenting on Full Hook-Up RV Sites!
• Tenting is Welcome; Partial Hook-Up Sites only - Maximum two (2) tents per site; NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Pets (maximum 1 per site): $2.00 each, per night.
• Persons visiting a registered guest(s) who wish to use the campground’s full facilities (pool, etc.) for the day must pay $5.00 each, park in visitor parking outside the campground and must check-in at the office.

Maximum length RV we can comfortably accommodate is 28 - 30 feet!
There is very limited availability of these sites especially during peak season (July & August).
