Terms & Conditions

• A Visa or MasterCard number with cardholder details (including CVN) is required to confirm every reservation. Amex & Personal Cheques not accepted!
• Booking Fee: $20.00 booking fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card upon confirmation of reservation. This is not a deposit! Full payment for all sites is required at check-in. Booking fee includes all applicable taxes, fees & levies. 
• Change Fee: $20.00 will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file for every date or site change to an existing reservation once the reservation has been confirmed. Change fee includes all applicable taxes, fees & levies. 
• Cancellation Fee: One (1) night’s campsite rental plus all applicable taxes, levies & fees will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file if a reservation is cancelled within 14-days prior to arrival.  
• All reservation cancellations MUST be sent via e-mail to info@summerlandcampground.com or by fax to (250) 494-0971. No telephone cancellations will be accepted and cancellation fees will apply accordingly. 
• All reservation changes MUST be submitted in advance; minimum 3-days (72-hours) prior to arrival or cancellation fee(s) will apply.  
• Last-minute (at check-in) shortened stays will be subject to a penalty of 1-night’s campsite rental plus all applicable taxes, levies & fees.   
• A no-show is considered a cancellation without notice; your reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file!
• No cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled more than 14-days prior to arrival.
• Full payment for entire stay is required at check-in; payable by Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash; Cheques not accepted. 
• All prices and charges are in Canadian Dollars and Do Not Include all applicable taxes, levies & fees.
• Prices are based on four (4) persons per site, per night; children under 3-years of age stay free. 
• Adult age: 13 years and older  
• Child age: 3 - 12 years inclusive. Under 3 years old – no charge.  
• Maximum Occupancy per campsite: 6 Persons; NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Maximum Adult Occupancy per campsite: 4 adults; this includes persons age 13 and over. NO EXCEPTIONS! 
• Additional Persons:  $5.00 each, per night plus applicable taxes, fees & levies. Includes overnight visitors. 
• No Stand-Alone Tenting on Full Hook-Up sites! Tenting is Welcome; Partial Hook-Up Sites only - Maximum two (2) tents per site.  
• Pets (maximum 1 per site): $2.00 each, per night.
• Persons visiting a registered guest(s) must park in visitor parking outside the campground and must check-in at the office.
• Maximum length RV we can comfortably accommodate is 30 feet! There is very limited availability of these sites.   
  
   
• Group Bookings: Three (3) or more campsites are considered a Group booking. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at time of booking. Exact number of sites required is due at time of booking. Type of campsite, RV type and exact length is required at time of booking. All regular terms & conditions apply to Group bookings. A responsible adult name is required for each campsite no later than 30-days prior to arrival. All regular cancellation terms & conditions apply to all Group bookings on a per site basis.
