The Summerland Campground & RV Park is a modern semi-urban family oriented BC camping and RV facility and as such has increased security features including a 24-hour electronic gate at the entrance and code locks for the doors to the bathrooms and showers. As a community and family oriented business, we have specific rules that must be followed in order to comply with local by-laws and to provide a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment for families, children and all our guests. Please thoroughly review our facility’s features, rules and policies. If you or any member of your party feels that compliance with any of these rules or policies is not possible, or if you are not comfortable with any of our security features, please do not submit a reservations form.

The following facilities are available to our Okanagan campground guests. Your safety and security is our #1 Concern! Please let us know if you have any questions.

• RV Length is measured from hitch tongue to bumper!
• Maximum RV Length = 28 - 32 feet!
• Maximum Site Occupancy = 6 persons!
• Maximum Adult Occupancy per Site = 4 persons!
• Adult is any person over the age of 12!
• Full Hook-Up Sites (30 amp power, water, sewer & cable TV)
• Partial Hook-Up Sites (20 & 30 amp power, water & fire pit)
• Tent Campers Welcome (Partial Hook-Up Sites Only)
• 24-Hour Security Gate at Park Entrance.
• Heated Outdoor Pool
• Clean & Newly Renovated Washrooms with Hot ‘Pay as You Go’ Showers
• Washroom Doors Equipped with Code Locks for Security.
• Individual Site Fire Pits (Partial Hook-Up Sites Only)
• Communal Fire Pit
• No Fires Permitted between the hours of 11:00 pm - 07:00 am.
• Summerland City By-Laws are Strictly Enforced!

• Campground Gate Closed for entries 11:00 pm to 07:00 am.
• ALL Visitors Must depart by 10:30 pm!
• Quiet Time: 10:30 pm - 07:00 am!
